How long have you worked at Centro? Since January 2009
Best part of working at Centro? I love how supportive the Paragary’s and corporate PRG team are. They encourage me to be creative and put my ideas into action.
First job ever: Picking grapes at a vineyard in St. Helena
What is your favorite food to eat? Everything. I love to try all types of food.
Favorite Centro dish: Asado de Puerco
Drink of choice: Scotch or Extra-Aged Tequila (Tequila Ocho or Herencia Mexicana)
If you could add any item to Centro’s menu, what would it be? Ceviche!
When not at work, you can find me…with my son, Abner.
What are your indulgences? Cuban cigars, cooking, reading books, and spending time with my son.
What is your favorite TV show? Kitchen Nightmares. I like seeing their different solutions to all types of restaurant problems.
Best PRG memory: Working my first Cinco de Mayo celebration at Centro.
Centro’s Annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta is this weekend! Join us at Centro on Saturday, May 5th for drink specials, a cocktail-making competition, music, extended patio, outdoor bar, and much more. The weekend celebration will begin early with a Tequila & Beer Social on Thursday (5/3) and drink specials on Friday (5/4). More event details available here.
