The menuslow food logo changes with the season and availability of local produce, paying homage to the region’s rich history of agriculture. While some favorites remain for the duration of the season, others change weekly, along with daily ‘market’ specials. The kitchen sources many items directly from farmers, but also frequents the many local farmers’ markets in Downtown.

The bar program, headed by Beverage Director Brad Peters, features ingredient-driven classic cocktails, often re-imagined with local produce and locally-produced goods.
