The menu will change with the season and availability of local produce, paying homage to the region’s rich history of agriculture. While some favorites will remain for the duration of the season, others will change weekly, along with daily ‘market’ specials. Chef LaRoche will source many items directly from farmers, but will also frequent the many local farmers’ markets in Downtown. “Chef Spataro helped me build relationships with many local farms and producers over the years. He and Randy pioneered Sacramento’s farm-to-fork movement years ago and I want to reflect that legacy in my menu,” says Chef/Owner LaRoche.
The bar program, headed by Managing Partner Brad Peters, features ingredient-driven classic cocktails, often re-imagined with local produce and locally-produced goods.
