PARAGARY’S BAR AND GRILL TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN STOCKTON, CA
SACRAMENTO, CA --- Paragary Restaurant Group, a name that has become synonymous with Sacramento dining, will soon be opening its most recent venture in downtown Stockton, CA. Owned and operated by Randy Paragary, wife Stacy Paragary and Executive Chef Kurt Spataro, Paragary Restaurant Group is currently comprised of Paragary's Bar and Oven, Cafe Bernardo (two in Sacramento and one in Davis), Esquire Grill, Spataro Restaurant and Bar, Monkey Bar, Blue Cue Billiards, Centro Cocina Mexicana and Bar R15.
The newest addition to the group, Paragary's Bar and Grill is located in the beautifully renovated Hotel Stockton, right in the heart of downtown Stockton. Slated to open in early March, the restaurant will utilize local and seasonal produce from the rich and fertile farms of the San Joaquin Valley. The expansive dining room (seats 175), large bar and exhibition kitchen will offer Stockton residents a lively, "big city" scene and a new nightlife option.
