Very much enjoyed our pre-Bill Cosby show meal. Our server (Brandy) inquired if we had an 8 p.m. destination so she could ensure appropriately paced service. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and very capable. The food was well prepared and in good-sized portion. Will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

My wife and I went to Esquire on Saturday night. We hadn't been there before, but the whole experience was wonderful. The hostess sat us right next to the fireplace, the service from our server brandy was exceptional and the food was amazing. We will definitely go again.

My sister and I frequently dine at Esquire after attending a Broadway series production. Service is always great and I especially enjoy the fish.

When we go to the theater at the Sacramento Community Center, we usually eat at the Esquire Grill. Kevin O'Mally has been our waiter the last few times and has always treated us super well and taken care of our every request. The people at the front desk always smile and are eager to help with future reservations. The restaurant always gives us a great dining experience.

I sat in the bar with friends today (11-6-06) and could not have received better service. Our bartender was named Patrick, and he was delightful. We had such a nice time even though the bar was very crowded and busy. We felt we were well taken care of in spite of the number of people in the bar area. Thank you for a great lunch!

I especially wanted to let you know that Chris, who I believe was the manager, went above and beyond to make the night special. The food was great each time we visited - 3 times in the 2 weeks we were in Sacramento! The onion rings are the best I've ever had and it's nice to have a full glass of wine! The wait staff was wonderful as was the host.
