Bartender
Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar. Takes drink orders from guests as well as servers and prepares and serves beverages in accordance with recipes. Requires knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and familiarization with standard drink recipes. Must have minimum 1-year experience in a fast-paced bar.

Busser
Serves water, bread and butter to guests and provides refills as needed. Removes dirty dishes from the tables between courses and re-sets table when guests leave. Previous restaurant experience preferred but training is provided.

Cashier / Counter
Responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers. Greets customers, takes food and beverage orders, rings orders into register and collects payment. Previous customer service/retail experience preferred. Candidates should have friendly, outgoing demeanor. Opportunity for advancement.

Chef
Coordinates activities concerning all kitchen operations, including hiring and supervising personnel. Ensures that each station skillfully prepares properly seasoned and attractively presented food. Maintains food quality standards and a safe and sanitary kitchen environment for all employees. Other duties include menu reviews, planning daily specials, inventory, ordering and preparation as well as maintenance of food and labor costs in Tracker, new hire orientation, employee evaluations and ongoing food-related training of kitchen and service staff.

Cocktail Server
The Cocktail Server is responsible for beverage service to customers in the bar and/or dining room. Must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction. Requires previous cocktailing experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment.

General Manager
Responsible for the operation of the restaurant, including: guest service, product quality, store appearance & cleanliness, financial results, FOH personnel hiring, training and management, facilities maintenance, security & safety, special events/promotions. Collaborates with Chef to hire and develop a well-trained cohesive FOH/BOH team of talented, dedicated employees. Actively participates in management meetings and works cooperatively with office staff. Interacts with the local community to drive sales and increase awareness of the store.
