Seasonal Produce At Prg Restaurants

Looks like the Sacramento weather pattern is finally back to normal! The sun is shining, people are dining on patios and the delicious array of late spring/early summer produce is making its way to restaurant menus. The Paragary Restaurant Group’s chefs are particularly excited to add menu items that incorporate seasonal produce, such as fresh strawberries, cherries, fava beans, English peas, spring onions, asparagus, leeks, and beets.

Here are some examples of some new PRG menu items using this season’s juicy strawberries, tender asparagus and sweet cherries. Be sure to stop by any of our restaurants to try our new menu items using seasonal produce.
